IT CAME OVER THE WATER I THOUGHT IT WAS STRANGE BECAUSE IT WAS TOO FAST FOR A BOAT AND TOO LOW FOR AN AIRCRAFT THEN IT HOVERED OVER THE COMMON LAND I SAW A BRIGHT RED GLOWING DIRECTIONAL LIGHT AND A SMALLER GREEN LIGHT I JUMPED IN MY CAR AND DROVE THERE EXPECTING TO HEAR A HELICOPTER THERE WAS NOTHING THERE AND NO SOUND
