Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Bell shape,size unknown,believe to be spinning as lights appeared to be constant not varying when changing direction.Lights were extremely bright such as Zennon car headlamps.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Came over houses from westerly direction below cloud level,turned south virtually above me,some stopped & hovered shortly in the same position before continuing south.

Any additional comments :

There were approx 10 to 12 total,no formation,all took the same route,all were flying on their own although up to 4 could be seen at one time some distance part. No sound could be heard,travelled fast,am convinced at that height an aircraft of any type would be heard. Direction they came from was Benson Airfield area,over the BBC monitoring buildings in Caversham Park & away towards Gatwick airport area (for what it's worth).
