What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

I witnessed 7 Orange (almost faint but extremely bright with some red and perhaps yellow within the colours) glowing shape UFO's following each other. The 1st UFO's followed side to side, the last 6 followed each other in short succession behind one another after a time of 30 seconds to 1 minute. They emitted no sound (in a cold clear sky with no wind) and there was no navigational lights, in either case any aircraft flying overhead would occupy each of these properties and this is what made these object stand out. I estimate the altitude to be below 10,000feet. The objects appeared to be moving very fast at a continuous speed (they seemed extremely agile and capable of much faster). The speed is what made them stand out as being very unusual, it seemed extremely fast and light. The orange glow seemed or appeared to be made of 3 smaller orange lights arranged in a triangular shape. With the flattened section at the front. What became apparent with all 7 sightings was that the light was visible mostly at the front but slowly disappeared from view when looking directly behind. This gave the appearance of them disappearing. But the lights themselves were probably arranged that the light was visible at front and underneath but not from behind. After following each other in a line, they disappeared from view. May I also just clarify that this is the 4th time I have witnessed these objects as around the same time. As a aviation enthusiast with aviation knowledge, I am aware of air craft and navigational lights. And in a clear night sky, the stars and moon visible it seems highly unusual for this objects to be commercial or private aircraft. In fact aircraft at cruising altitude were visible with their nav lights and made the usual jet engine rumble. The objects travelled from a north easterly direction heading towards mersey side.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The velocity due to it's size seemed highly unusual and disturbing. Especially since it made NO noise and was capable of this velocity.

I have managed to make 2 films of these objects on my HD camcorder, although in poor quality in poor lights the object are clearly visible. As mentioned, this is the 3rd or 4th sighting of these objects all at similar times.
