a verticle line of about 10 white lights, looked very large.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

no was stationary before dissappearing

was driving, with a van in front of me,when i noticed these lights in the sky. suddenly my car lights went out and so did the vans. we both came to a stop. then both our lights came back on. he came over & asked if i had seen the lights in the sky. he said they turnt red before his van lights went out, but i only see them white.
