What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

it was a bright white color at first and then i saw tints of red and green too.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

yes. i saw the ufo at first move very fast towards this building and thought perhaps it is an aeroplane BUT when it just hovered over this building for more than 20mins, i knew it was not a plane! and then it seemed to disappear.
