| this object was flying steadily at a speed not much different to a normal jet plane (passenger) in a straight line from S/E to N/W according to my sundial markings. It had no navigation lights or any other lights than the orange red spherical glow. As it disappeared over the roof tops it was emitting pulsations of light rearward. Rough Estimate being at a machine gun rate of fire or a bit less. Having first sighted it at five minutes to ten that night I waited to see if anything else happened and at approx. ten o clock another one appeared from exactly the same direction and flew overhead to disappear over the roof tops exactly where the first one did. At five past ten the same thing happened again. This time my wife saw it as well. My daughter also looked at the last object and said that she and her friends had often seen the same object whilst enjoying a few drinks in the patio/garden and that there was a simple explanantion but was unable to remember what that explanation was. I will update you on any further info etc. I must add that there were no sounds of a jet or prop engine plane or the sounds of a helicopter. This being my 4th major sighting over the last 40 years I have to say that I am always watching the skies and since I live under various flight paths from at least 2 main airports - Heathrow and City - I am very familiar with planes of various types and this object did not fit any of the familiar aircraft that I see regularly; or any that occur occasionally i.e. private aircraft from Lear Jets to single/twin engined prop jobs.
