silver to white round craft

moved slow about 20miles across the sky, thought it was a weather balloon then it started moving fast all over then a second one appeared next to the first then they were gone.

my boy that's 20 years old spotted it and I told him it was a weather balloon but it wasn't if it was government then they have some cool toy's!
