I was driving my truck to Darlington. As came onto the A1 at Leeds I was looking to the sky when from behind me came a brilliant white light travelling around 3/400 meters and must have been going at least 6/700 miles per hour. It was around 5 times as bright as I've ever seen the north star and as it passed overhead I realised it was a physical object rather than just lights. Before my eyes had focused enough to make it out fully, it disappeared in a flash, along with the dull humming sound that it emitted!
