What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Initially my attention was drawn to the fact that it was a very bright light in fact I thought that it might have been a ballon on fire. Then the light went out and I tracked the object through binoculars and it appeared reminiscent to a large partially inflated balloon tumbling end over end until I lost sight of it.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

No - speed was continuous.

Any additional comments :

We live at RG26 3LF the object appeared from the south as a bright light. At a point when it was almost due east of us - the light/flame went out and I tracked the object as it went away in a north easterly direction. Wind speed was aproximately 5 kph from a direction of 250 degrees (W).
