Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Large dark colored object. Size was roughly the size of a cul-de-sac lot in a neighborhood. No lights, no sound, just strange shapes and markings on what we believed to be the underside of it.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Friend and I were hanging out in backyard before night shift at work. Dogs became nervous and started barking (big no no in this neighborhood). While shushing the dogs - we saw it move over the backyard (covering the sky above us) and continue on out of sight. No sound, no noise. Slight breeze - then it was gone.

This was a hair raising experience for me and my friend. I've never reported it until now.
