Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

cylinder size of small air craft mainly black with a very bright reflective end,I thought it was aircraft or helicopter with lights on till it got closer. I managed to take 2 photo's.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It came from the west then turned 90 degrees to the north.It seemed to be tumbling.It did not loose height nor went up.It was not travelling fast.

I did report it at the time but got a silly answer so I just did not bother until I saw a similar picture on the TV.i
