THE ONLY DESCRIPTION I CAN GIVE YOU IS...WHATEVER WE SEEN WAS LIKE AN ORB ,AND A BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT AT THE BASE PULSATING , NO NOISE TRAVELLING DIRECTION EAST TO WEST

THIS UFO WAS LESS THAN 10,000 FT IN THE AIR TRAVELLING ABOUT THE SAME SPEED AS A HELICOPTER
