What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Five orange lights moving slowly across the sky. Flying too low to be planes and ith no noise so couldn't be helicopters. Also, strange cloud pattern with a dozen or more strips of white in a circular ring around the sky.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
