Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

It was rectangular in shape, slightly like a V but widely angled. It had 10-12 lights along the underside near the edge. The lights weren't bright, they looked more like stars on a dark blur, but they clearly moved in formation with each other.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The object glided, making weird half figure-eight movements, getting closer to me. At one point it stopped completely, then rose very fast, and started gliding away. I watched it for another few seconds, then it disappeared.

Any additional comments :

It was very strange, at first I thought it was actually a glider, but it was 9pm, and 25 degrees. But gliders just don't move like this object did.
