Sighting Details
 |
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to
terrestrial objects/lights/colour : |
Object moving south to north across a clear near night sky. It was just a large yellowish light which every 10 seconds or so would disappear for around a second and then re-appear. I got some bino's and had a look the light was fan shaped and in sections running front to back now this is the strange thing, when the light disappeared, (with the bino's) it never fully went away, but I saw it was being covered with a black cloud--- I can only say it was like the image left in your eye after a light bulb has been set off, it would be there around the moving fan light for about a second and then disappear. The other disturbing thing was as the object moved across the sky two other smaller lights moved away from it one at a time over about a 30 second period, they moved down and were visible for around 2 -3 seconds, this was about two inches in the sky and then they disappeared. While looking at the object I also saw a plane travelling east to west go way underneath the light, although I can't put a figure on it in distance but it was way way lower than the object. |
Did the UFO do any
strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
Again I was that busy getting the bino's and trying to keep my hands steady I can't be absolutly sure but I got the impression that the object did not hold a steady speed but slowed up and then speeded up while moving from horizon to horizon. |
How long did you see the
UFO for :
Any additional comments :
It was not a plane, looked to big for a satilite, the small black cloud was very strange, I first thought that the light moving away from the object was a trick of the light until I saw it the second time and I assured myself it was a solid moving light.
