What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

it looked like a big star it was twinkling blueish white colour

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

thats exactly what it did,it came in off the north sea moving as slow as a plane hovered for a about 5 secs then it turned into a white line it moved that fast,heading south it curved down the coast line i could see it go off into the distance,i rekon this thing could get to london in the exact same second it was in aberdeen truelly awsome speed it moved,this was no meteor or airoplane wasnt a flair,it was a u.f.o definatly a spacecraft of some kind
