What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
It was a white ball of light,not like any plane in the night sky ,as they were going past from Manchester airport.It also changed colour to bright red.
yes it hovered for about 10-15mins,then moved to the left while myself and my mrs,looked at it from our window,it changed colour from bright white to bright red in colour and split in 2,one went left ,other went right,we BOTH witnessed this...they went fairly quickly away...but not a zoom as such.

After our sighting,we noticed the planes from Manchester airport,usually just take the same course,but this time they were changing course as soon as they got near our area,pretty noticeable. A friend the next day,said he say the exact same ball of light from his house in kidsgrove,about 7 miles away from my home.
