Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

The object was a circular disc shape. It was of blue color with a white glow and red dots around it which was spaced evenly. It just stayed in place. Stationary.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The UFO just hovered in place. I was driving my car so when I turned onto another street to pull over and take a photo it was gone.

I tried taking a photo with my phone. But it was dark outside and far in distance? Therefore, it looks like a a white dot.
