Sighting Details
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
It was very long, pointed at both ends and wide at the middle, like a reel of cotton. Was maybe 100 feet long from top to bottom and orange in colour. It just stood still over Kerridge hills for well over a hour. We were looking at it in a Southerly direction.
Just stood upright for long time.

Any additional comments :
Few hours before we were playing in a sand pit, overhead were telephone wires. My brothers and I heard a Pilot talking to base and base answering back, even though Woodford air base was 11 miles away. Must have somehow come through the wires ???
