What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

It was a round orb high in sky not first time I have seen was pulsating glowing changing size expanding disappearing then reappearing in different part of sky. Filmed it for few minutes then again few minutes later.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

First time I saw this similar phenomena was 8-9 months ago. I have good vantage point of sky being 18 floors up. I know for sure this was not trick of the light or man made craft. In fact it did not look like any sort of craft but rather round glowing orb changing colors size position and appearing and disappearing at will.
