What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
I looked up at the sky when I noticed it was very clear and I saw a bright circle that had other flashing blue and red lights in the shape of circles surrounding it. It changed shape - mainly formed a > shape and then a circle shape.
It changed shape! I am looking at this when I type and I can see it out my window as I speak! flashing all of the time (not like a plane would)

It hasn't moved yet... It keeps rotating and flashing but not zooming away.. very odd
