What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Cylinder on the top (cigar shaped) with three protrusions, similar in shape to a squid.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It wasn't moving incredibly fast, but it was moving. Originally vertically, then later at a 45 degree angle up.

Any additional comments :

It had a dark green glow, very distinct shape, a long distance out, and "faded" from back to front.
