What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Silver / grey appeared to be slowly rotating and at first thought it was a weather baloon

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Yes. About an hour later I observed it was much lower in the sky and appeared to not be moving and was just shiny and silver. After about 30 seconds it moved off at astonishing speed. it appeared to be moving instantaneously at thousands of miles per hour and vanished from sight in about 3 seconds.

This has been bugging me for the past 13 years. I was not alone in witnessing this. Do you have any other reports of sightings in this west London ,Isleworth /Heathrow area for Sunday 30th March 1997 ?
