sighting between finger and thumb about 3/16 of an inch diameter circular,fuzzy edge,constant glow, not flashing,orange

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Any additional comments :

started counting up to 9 , but guess approximately 18 to 20 lights. low in sky, some obscured by trees. I was passenger in car. Right Hand drive car, Objects my side of road going over car but trees obscured the car drivers vision ( my wife). There was no where to stop on road to get a stationary view of them. Drifting in a south westerly direction. Could they have been illuminated hot air balloons ?
