Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

could not make out a shape due to the dark,but i thought is was a police helicopter at first but soon realised their was no sound in relation to how near it was..i could see at least two red lights on it..

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

it hovered around for approx 20secs then shot up into the sky very quickly..i managed to get a video on my phone at the moment it shot of but the qaulity is poor due to the darkness and qaulity of the camera on my phone..
