What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
circular disc with "top-hat" like structure for a canopy, circular white ring on bottom outter side
no hovering, no rapid take off, seen at night just above tree tops before being obscured by trees, moving about 15-20 mph due south, estimated at 100 yards away and 100 feet up (using trees as reference) no lights, no noise, no markings, craft was helped seen by ambient street and signage lights.

There is nothing in the class room books, technical or scientific journals that will describe what I saw, why I saw it, or what its purpose was...why doesnt the government come clean? are our governments afraid of the reprecussions of alien contact? is it the the unknowns, including possible new power sources, possible answers to pollution, new energy sources, and cure for diseases not yet eradicated by man?...These UFO reports keep coming in, but nobody gives the public any explanation.
