It looked it was cruising slowly going south at about 30 feet high and 200 ft away from where I was standing. The night was dark and out of the sudden it lit up the belly in a soft blue color without illuminating anything around, it was so clear that I could see a ring perfectly visible on the base of the craft and then it just turn itself off and out of sight.
