Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

shape of a large ball possibly about 8/10 feet in diameter.colour varied from red to white to orange then back to red

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

slowly gliding about 15feet above water then speeding up and disappeared black smoke coming out of it to start with then this disappeared the glow of the ball lit up the whole of the river below like a huge search light there was no sound whatsoever from the ufo

Any additional comments :

Even although I only saw it for 30 secs. on the river tay my wife & I watched a mysterious light move about the sky only minutes before this with a pair of strong Binoculers we are both convinced this was the same object.
