very bright orange lights
Yes - there were several betwen 4 - 6 at times some were stationary whilst others kept moving - they were in a line formation, then they disappeared very quickly

Rang a friend who lives approx 1/2 mile away she went outside and also saw them. At first I only saw one and thought it strange for a plane to have such an unusual light (bright orange)it was travelling from the North East towards North West. At the time I was watching television so didn't take a great deal of notice, very shortly after this was followed by four more bright ornage lights following the same flight path. I opened the window to listen thinking they must be helicopters but there wasn't any engine noise. Whilst moving from one window to another in the same room to view them they disappeared. I was very alarmed by what I saw and reported it to the Police but at the time they had't received any others reports, however, I would be most interested in knowing if you have received any reports about this.
