Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

There were 6 possibly 7 in all, they seemed failry close and had no sound, orange in colour, only the one light.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

the lead 'craft' seemed to dip a few 100 meters then regain formation, they were in an inverted W formation

 

How long did you see the UFO for :

Any additional comments :

They seemed to come from the North West, and travel in a South position, going over Cardiff and heading across the Bristol channel. It was a clear night, no sound was heard from the 'craft' as later on an aircraft went overhead with the familiar noise. I have video if needed.
