Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

trail of bright red light. i was waiting to see if it was a plane showing green or white flashing navigation lights. only a bright red light.judging by the speed at least four times faster than an aeroplane

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

seemed to be going faster and faster travelling from west to east then suddenly disappeared. by the way the sky was copmpletely clear no clouds .
