What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

ball like, with a cartoon type flame for a couple of seconds. it appeared stationary for about 15 seconds size compared to surrounding stars was radically different easily not a planet or star

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

stationary for 15 seconds or so before moving in 3 separate directions before moving of at speed

i have seen meteors and the like before. i have a good knowledge of aircraft. this was silent no noise or flashing lights etc. witnessed by my wife too.
