It looked like a bright ball with a long bright glowing trail.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The UFO silentley zoomed past then diappeard.

Any additional comments :

I went into garden about 11.30pm when i saw a bright light just above the trees, it was round with a long bright glowing trail,it was moving at speed.It was silent and as the main body of the ufo went into the distance the long glowing trail hung about for a second before disapearing before my eyes.
