Any additional comments :

two craft at around 5000', travelling at around 400kts in NW direction. No ACB's or nav lights. Craft displayed bright red steady light, accelerated silently and climbed out of sight on a steady heading. I live in Manchester airport vicinity and see many aircraft, both civil and military. These craft did not fit the usual pattern, being silent, rapid and no usual ACB's
