Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Looked like a bright star about 8 times as big as the north star from where I sighted. It was a round shape and was red and orange in colour. It looked like a fireball. I saw it for about twenty seconds and it dimmed as it got further away. It appeared to have objects falling from it same colour about a tenth of the size. There was no sound. An aeroplane crossed it's flightpath about 4 minutes afterwards landing at plymouth airport. My partner witnessed this also.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Just got dimmer in the distance and appeared to drop things or things fell off
