Sighting Details

1 What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
when first saw, it was a really bright light sitting in the ocean, looked like a boat, but as time moved on, the light faded away, and you could see a disk shapped object with a dome ontop, it was pulsating with a orange light, it also had 8 straight lines of light 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom, that started to move around like one was pointing a lazer. you could also see a glimmer off the one side, like it was a ring with a heavy weight on the one side and was turning off balance.

2Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

yes it did a strange thing, once me and my mates . had a good look at it, we had a idea , that if we had to take a phone with a flashing light . so we used a application on a nokia phone, that flashers a bright red. we set the flashing on the phone and started to walk back and forward in about a 30 meter area, and what we saw we cant explain, there was a really bright light that shot off the object and within a second we could not see for about 10 seconds, it was like we had looked into the sun for a while and then looked away, then the object was trying to copy the same flashing light on the nokia, this went on for about 3 hours till the sun came up, that object was still seen hovering over the ocean at 10 am in the morning, and then with a flash of light with in a second it was gone at 10:09am
