What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

As it was at night time on a clear sky it was 4 bright white lights very close together. i observed it for well over an hour and it did not move. Neighbours also witnessed it.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Remained perfectly still for well over an hour
