What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Large, white light, not blinking, moving slowly across the sky. Took about a 2 minutes to move from one side of the sky to out of sight.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Nope, just stayed a steady maybe South East heading.

Any additional comments :

I ruled out everything else. Planes should have blinking lights and possibly too slow, satellites can't be seen that late at night. Too high to be a helicopter
