Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Two bright lights initially circling each other slowly, they looked around 105 meters long just above cloud cover, both lights then moved around a small space of the sky for the 15 minutes, occasionally doubling back on themselves, and about 3/4 times circling each other for a short period of time.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Not that I know of, I got bored of watching and went back inside.

Please note time UFO was seen and for how long I saw it is quite fluid, I was rather drunk at the time but my sober girlfriend came out on confirmed what I was watching. I tried to take a video on my phone but I couldnt get anything.
