What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

The object looked like a square, as I was right below it in a car, it had a red lights on each corner

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Yes it hovered directly over our car, then we turned a corner, I looked behind us and it was gone

I would have thought it was a plane but the lights didn't blink and it was a square, I am 90% sure it was not a plane
