What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

For all purposes it looked like a hot air balloon but it was travelling about the speed of a military jet. There was no sound and was visible for about 30 seconds. It was travelling in a South Easternly direction

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Its speed seemed to fluctuate
