Sighting Details

1 What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
Yep...me again. Mystery solved? About 2:40. Can't sleep with this kind of activity. Not a UFO watcher...more like a Roy Neary caught in the moment. Anyway. following on from my two previous reports from tonight. A police car stops outside my house. I now have my digital camera out ready. I take a picture of the car. Then I notice to my right directly in front of the police car a brilliant bright orange light. I manage to get a picture, though blurred and unsteady. I rush outside and there is a second to its left....seems really close.

2Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

just fell towards the ground like a slow-motion firework

3How long did you see the UFO for :

00:01:00 -hh:mm:ss

Any additional comments :

These looked like flares. I heard a pop and there was a smoke trail, and they faded off in a similar amount of time to my previous observations of the night. The Police car roars off and is backed up by a helicopter which spends a long time over which I would guess if they were flares, the 'launch' area, about half a mile away. So were my two previous sightings flares set off by pranksters... my heart says yes. My mind however cant resolve the trajectory my earlier sightings observed. Flares come down, not up, or arc then travel up. Wind? the air is so still you could sit in your own fart for a week. I think I have to err with the idea it was pranksters. I doubt this will hit the local papers so I'll never know, Kept me up though. Its now 4am, and no more strange lights. In some way, I wish this 3rd episode hadn't happened. I did see something strange. But not strange enough. This is Ripley...last surviving member of the Nostromo, signing off.
