What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

a very close sighting 25feetround in shape and small blue circle rotating round the ship just 15 feet above my head ?alittle mist 1st then staight down ...

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

the ship try to get a good angle between two garages to come further down but had problems it then slowy went back up?
