Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

white pulsing light with lower area intermittently turning red

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

very slowly moved across the horizon (leftwards) and then went behind the hill side before re-emerging and then moving to the right at the same speed.

Any additional comments :

I was waiting on my plane for take-off and noticed the object. I observed for 10 mins and once my plane had started to taxi, by the time we had turned round it has gone. The location submitted is a guess based on hills surrounding the airport. I have a photo of the object, it is not amazingly clear but it may help to confirm the location and eliminate any other explanation
