Bright white circular light in the cloud

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The object was moving at extreme high speed just above the cloud cover.

Any additional comments :

I was travelling home when I saw this bright light in the sky moving at extreme high speed in the direction of Boston Lincolnshire. I have seen similar lights in the past in the same area and it was definately not a plane nor was it shooting star as there was lot of cloud cover. I had my two teenage children in the car with me at the time and although I pointed it out to them they did not see it as it was travelling so fast.
