Sighting Details
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
It moved unlike any powered object i.e. helicopter or small plane (we are near an airfield here near to sighting). It was yellow with red colourings, looked like two candle flames in a box, both flying together, near each other. They seemed to fly together in a pair. This is unusual as "earthly" objects don't fly like this. Couldn't tell what the size was; each time we tried to photograph them they moved away quite fast and disappeared, and then one reappeared again.
Yes, they hovered, and turned on an axis, unlike normal aeroplanes. They moved off quickly as if having been sighted, they didn't want to hang around. We are a family of 3 (Mum, Dad & 11 yr old Son) and we ALL saw the same things flying around, looking unlike anything we've seen before. There was no sound made by these, and again, being near an airfield, we KNOW what planes and helicopters sound like, and there was nothing. The lights in these objects were constantly lit, unlike planes, where the wing tips have blinking lights for example.

The timing is approx as they moved, disappeared and came back, so it was about that time in all. We moved around the area where we first saw them to see if they reappeared, and they did, almost as if playing hide and seek. Living near an airfield, we have small planes flying directly over us as well as police helicopters that come out every so often, so we know how these look, sound, fly and move. These were NOT what we usually see flying around here, and were unlike anything we've ever seen. We think these were UFO's as they were not the usual flying machines we are used to seeing in any shape or form.
