Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Out side my bedroom i saw a light , i took a look out and saw nothing, then i looked up and about 100 feet up was a object triangular shaped, hovering back and forth then the light flashed again then it shot off faster than anything id ever seen ! P.S Scared the hell out of me !

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It hovered back and forth for around 20 secs then shot away like a bullet.
