What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

I was a passenger in a car travelling from Yelverton to Plympton, I saw a continuous white light travelling from left to right approximately 100m - 300m in height and traveling approximately at a speed of 70-100mph what appeared to be travelling in a very straight line with no change in altitude.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
