disc shape...light around the circumferance and intermitant lights inside the disc blinking in straight lines in a triangular shape

no sound...moving southeast towards london.....very clear sky it was my son who asked me what it was.....was always a sceptic untill now...was defininatly not anythinfg i have ever seen
