it looked like a hot air ballon white in colour without the basket

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

when i was looking at it a tube came out the top which blue flashing lights came on

dont know how long it hoovered there before i saw it but there was no noise, still has could be the tube on top raised very smoothly,, the craft was in line of my flat were i live on the 2nd floor, after about 20sec of watching it, it just moved off towards the docks, moved upwards and just faded away... hope u belive me si
